He works with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, grieving, self-esteem and various life obstacles. Angelo adopts a gentle and responsive approach to establish a safe and predictable environment for clients during counselling. His aim is to assist clients in developing a comprehensive understanding of themselves, achieving goals set out in therapy, and unlocking their potential. Masha works with adults and youth navigating grief, identity, relationships, cultural adjustment, and stress. With lived experience across countries and cultures, she brings insight into the complexities of life transitions, third culture identity, and high-performance environments, like sports or work. She also supports clients in navigating relationship challenges, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and healing - both with others and within themselves.
Her therapeutic style integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic techniques, Gestalt therapy, attachment theory, parts work, grief counselling, and trauma-informed care. She also draws on her training in sport psychology to support clients managing pressure, motivation, and confidence—both in and outside of sport. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to each client’s needs.
